As the spiritual leader for the Youth Ministry, I work under the supervision of the Senior Pastor to share Christ with lost and unchurched youth, leading them to Church membership, helping them to grow spiritually, and providing opportunities for their Christian ministry; growth numerically and spiritually, with an expansion of the ministries offered; and the counseling of youth related to their spiritual life, college choice, vocation selection, lifemate, social and family relationships, etc.
